An "almost native" of Albuquerque, Winnie attended public schools, graduating from Highland High School, and the University of New Mexico (B.A., M.A., French, Spanish). She has lived in many other cities nation-wide and abroad but returned to Albuquerque to raise her family in the quality of life and "just right" size of a growing metropolitan center.
Winnie began her Real Estate career in 1978, and has sold over 1000 homes throughout the Albuquerque area (although she especially enjoys the older neighborhoods and homes, and unique properties). She consistently produces 8 to 10 million dollars annually, and continues to serve clients in all price ranges -- one year she closed sales in a range of $43,500 to $525,000! By limiting the number of clients she takes on and by keeping her personal staff at one executive assistant, Winnie is able to maintain the hands-on approach and personal contact with clients which has made her career both enjoyable and successful.
